Current Contracts
- A year of discussions finally ended up in H.M. Raitt being awarded the contract to build a new Garage and visitor accomodation for long standing clients Mr and Mrs Gray. The works involved some tricky underbuilding works before eventually constructing a traditional double garage with accomodation below.
- Alterations during the works included the addition of an internal staircase and an additional slap through into the existing building, as well as bespoke storage facilities within the newly formed bedroom.
- External Hard Landscaping has allowed us to provide a large level area between the new and existing garages to give the area far easier access than had previously been available.

- More Familiarly known as the MEG fitout, this contract was to fit out the basement area of a newly completed University of Edinburgh Building. The works consisted of Fixed Partitioning, floor coverings, ceiling alterations and decoration. These traditional items were combined with Fairly Extensive Mechanical and Electrical Services as are required in a Modern Teaching and Research Facility.
- Works were to the Value of Approx £400,000.00 in a 13 week time period(inclusive of time for additional works) and were completed on Schedule with Practical Completion issued within the Contract Period.

- This £500,000.00 Project is due to commence on 21st January with a 17 week contract period for completion in Mid May. The works consist of a high specification fit out of a newly completed ground floor space for the University of Edinburgh.
- After an in depth Tender and Interview Process, and on the back of our recently completed MEG fit out works for the University, these works include many of the same aspects of our previous contract with the added proviso of trying to make this area as "future-proof" as possible.

- Timber framed extension to the existing green keepers cottage, to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the existing dwelling, with sympathetic finishes to match the existing.

Earlston Dental Practice (Phase 2)
We are currently negotiating with the client as to the extent of the works to be carried out, but look forward to working with Dr Rice and Gordon and Latimer again.
Portobello Dental Practice Upgrade
We will be negotiating directly with the client for a start early in the new year for works to upgrade the Portobello Dental Practice, again in conjunction with Gordon and Latimer.
ECA N Floor
Custom manufacture of units for the new print room workshops and formation of all new classrooms, to include Contractor Designed Heating and electrical systems, mechanical ventilation and the production of GRP units for specialist works.
Tollcross Dental Practice
The formation and fit out of a 4 surgery practice at earl gray st in Tollcross, comprising complete supply and fit of all mechanical and electrical and data services, all in compliance with the new NHS regulations.
Easter Belmont Road
Formation of a new Garage and basement level office area, to tie in with the existing building, all structural and underpinning works, regrading of hardscape to cope with increased traffic and loads to the new garage.
Edinburgh University
Fit out of new Balfour Beatty site at Bristow Square - new electrophysiology department - formation of new classrooms and workshops and all associated mechanical, electrical and data services.
- Conservation Contract for the Historic Town house in Dunbar - repairing defective stone, new stone as required, raking out and repointing with lime mortar to Historic Scotland & SLC specification; repairing roof and windows, lime harling to completed stone and mortar repairs; lime paint to same upon completion.
