Current Contracts - Easter Belmont Garage and Guest suite

A year of discussions finally ended up in H.M. Raitt being awarded the contract to build a new Garage and visitor accomodation for long standing clients Mr and Mrs Gray. The works involved some tricky underbuilding works before eventually constructing a traditional double garage with accomodation below.

Alterations during the works included the addition of an internal staircase and an additional slap through into the existing building, as well as bespoke storage facilities within the newly formed bedroom.

External Hard Landscaping has allowed us to provide a large level area between the new and existing garages to give the area far easier access than had previously been available.

This work is due to be completed in Late January 2009
