More Familiarly known as the MEG fitout, this contract was to fit out the basement area of a newly completed University of Edinburgh Building. The works consisted of Fixed Partitioning, floor coverings, ceiling alterations and decoration. These traditional items were combined with Fairly Extensive Mechanical and Electrical Services as are required in a Modern Teaching and Research Facility.
Works were to the Value of Approx £400,000.00 in a 13 week time period(inclusive of time for additional works) and were completed on Schedule with Practical Completion issued within the Contract Period.
