We currently have two vacancies:

- Joiner
Assistant Contracts Manager
The right applicant will have:
- a qualification / experience in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
- An understanding of the tendering and measurement process (in house training will be given)
- Able to work on their own and as part of a team
- good practical abilities and a basic knowledge of all trades
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project)
- A current driving licence
- good time keeping and organisational skills
The job will involve liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects and office staff, relaying information, ordering and purchasing materials, ensuring the smooth running of contracts by producing programmes and keeping sub contractors informed of progress requirements, measuring day works and extras to the bill of quantities, keeping weekly report sheets for the jobs and generally assisting the project managers wherever possible.

Time served joiner required, must have:
- good timekeeping
- reliability
- good finishing experience
- able to work on own initiative
- clean driving licence
- own tools
