Management Restructure and Appointment of New Director

H. M. Raitt & Sons Ltd. would like to announce that with effect from 1 June 2003, after 27 years as Owner / Partner and subsequently Managing Director of the Company, James Raitt, is stepping aside from the role to allow more time for him to pursue his interests outwith the Construction Industry. We are pleased to confirm however, that he will still be an integral part of the team at H. M. Raitt & Sons Ltd. and will be acting on a part time basis as a Consultant to the Company.
Alastair Raitt will be making the step up from Contracts Director to assume the role of Managing Director, becoming the fourth generation to take the helm of the Family Business.
The Company is also pleased to announce that Fraser Campbell BSc., has been offered and accepted the position of Contracts Director with the Company, this also taking effect from the 1st of June 2003. Fraser has proven himself to be an excellent organiser and man manager. We are sure you will share with us the benefits of his direct and professional approach.
Jim Douglas will continue his role as Construction Director, his knowledge and wealth of experience being invaluable to this organisation.
We would like to assure all our current, future and past Customers, Clients and Professional Associates that we envisage a seamless transition whilst implementing the above changes, and assure you this Company will continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect over the years.
