H. M. Raitt & Sons Ltd. gain IIP recognition at first time of asking

H. M. Raitt & Sons Ltd. were awarded Investors In People recognition after a six month course sponsored through the CITB and in conjunction with Esteem.
Managing Director Alistair Raitt - I was pretty sceptical at first as we felt we were pretty much there as far as compliance went, but we definately are more thorough and have good systems in place now for all aspects of the business, thanks to our preparations for IIP interview. This has helped with both the direction of the company and the general liason and understanding between staff and tradesmen. We would recommend IIP to anyone who runs a business, of whatever nature or size.
