Previous Contracts - 35 Lockharton Crescent and 17 Lockharton Avenue

This was originaly an upper villa with a half basement, which we subdivided and extended to provide a two bedroom upper villa and three bedroom garden flat. (overall value £600,000.00). The garden flat (17 Lockharton Crescent) will be featured in July's edition of Homes and Interiors (Scotland).

We had several problems with planning on the garden flat, resulting in appeal to the Secretary of State for Scotland. However, we percivered, and we think (and the new owners agree) we ended up with an excellent end product.
