Previous Contracts - Blinkbonny House

Upgrading of period farm steading, to include the creation of a master bedroom suite with en-suite, stone and cope repairs, new roof and other ancillary works, complete strip back to bare bones of existing structure, new roof to one elevation, new studs, floors and structural elements, repointing of external walls and new heating and electrical services.

Having originally tendered for the creation of the master suite, The Clients asked to carry on on a negotiated basis with nominated sub-contractors, and help them prepare their home for themselves and their 3 children.
